WC/C (高碳膜)涂層

PVD是英文PhysicalVapor Deposition(物理氣相沉積)的縮寫，是指在真空條件下，采用低電壓、大電流的電弧放電技術(shù) ，利用氣體放電使靶材蒸發(fā)并使被蒸發(fā)物質(zhì)與氣體都發(fā)生電離，利用電場的加速作用，使被蒸發(fā)物質(zhì)及其反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物沉積在工件上。

　　概述:碳元素為天然固體潤滑劑，該涂層含碳元素和耐高溫鎢元素及稀土元素，碳化鎢摻雜非晶體碳膜被稱為WC/C復(fù)合涂層，具有高塑性、低化學(xué)活性、低摩擦系數(shù)及良好的耐磨損性等優(yōu)點(diǎn) ，尤其在無潤滑油環(huán)境下，其摩擦因數(shù)和磨損程度可明顯降低，摩擦過程的穩(wěn)定性也明顯提高。
